Gina initiated Nurse Educators United (NEU), which is a monthly and supportive collaborative live discussion for nurse educators (to assist each other with teaching, service, and scholarship). We focus on various topics such as research, exam item construction, active teaching strategies, share upcoming events/conferences, and much more. Nurse Educator, Julie Willenbrink, is the co-chair of NEU. Gina and Julie hold meetings on the third Monday of every month from 6-7PM (CT), on Zoom, and they are free to attend.
